Each video includes done-for-you post copy. Here’s how to use it:
Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok
Copy the full caption and paste it when posting the video. The first line acts as the hook (like a title).
YouTube Shorts
Use the first line as your title. Paste the rest of the caption into the description.
Don’t overthink it. Copy, paste, and post. Consistency wins.
Thumbnails
Your thumbnail is what makes people stop scrolling.
If you have the option to choose a frame or add text, follow these simple rules:
1. Pick a clear moment
Choose a frame where the subject is easy to see. Avoid blurry or dark shots.
2. Look for emotion or action
Faces, movement, or something happening will always perform better.
3. Keep it simple
One subject is better than a busy frame with too much going on.
4. Add short, bold text (optional)
If you add text, keep it to 2–4 words max.
Make it easy to read on a phone and match the message of the video.
Examples:
• “Before You Buy”
• “15 Years”
• “Red Flag”
• “Free Pet Food”
5. Make sure it’s easy to read
Use large text and strong contrast so it stands out.
6. Match the message
The thumbnail should connect with the first line of the caption.
Don’t overthink it, pick the clearest, most engaging moment and post.
